What is Design Thinking?

Design thinking is a powerful tool used to tackle "wicked" problems. It's an iterative and collaborative method of solving complex problems by always empathizing with the end user. You don't have to be a designer to use the process--only think like one. 

As we think critically about creating meaningful workplaces for future generations, I believe Leaders and Lifters of organizations should explore whether this tool should be placed in their toolbox.  

CONSIDER DRINKING FROM THE SAME FOUNTAIN.

IBM seems to have discovered the organizational "fountain of youth." I commend IBM leaders for their longevity and willingness to change. They have been an integral part of the fabric of the world for over a century. With such deep roots, they are positioned to shape the future for at least another 100 years.
