Over time, the organization learns where certainty lives.

Structural Inflection Point

As leadership evolves, the center expands.

Legacy becomes structure when what was once embodied in a person is intentionally embedded in roles, decision pathways, and shared authority.

The question is not whether the legacy holds.

It’s how it continues.

Structural inflection points do not diminish legacy.

They reveal whether legacy has taken organizational form.
